Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Shipping to the United States is free by DHL Express and usually takes 3-4 business days. U.S. import duties are included in your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Canada usually takes 3-4 business days, Europe 4-6 and the rest of the world 6-8. Outside the United States, local duties and taxes are paid to the courier on delivery. See our shipping policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you can follow it on our tracking page.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, write to support@ecuadorshops.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full. See our refund policy.

Is your alpaca really 100% baby alpaca?

Our scarves, ruanas, cardigans and blankets are listed as 100% baby alpaca, and each product page states its composition. Learn what baby alpaca is.

Are your Panama hats made in Panama?

No. Panama hats come from Ecuador. Ours are handwoven from toquilla straw in Montecristi, Manabí. Read our Panama hat guide.

Can I visit your shops?

Yes. We have two shops in Quito: Juan León Mera N21-227 y Vicente Ramón Roca in La Mariscal, and Plaza de San Francisco, Cuenca y Sucre.
