  • In-Stock Pieces: Dispatched from our studio in Quito within 24–48 hours.

  • Made-to-Order: Please allow 5–10 business days for our master weavers to finalize your piece (noted in product description).

2. Global Express Delivery (DHL/FedEx)

We ship exclusively via Express Air to ensure the shortest time from the Andes to your doorstep.

  • United States & Canada: 3–4 business days.

  • Europe: 4–6 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 6–8 business days.

  • Note: Tracking numbers are provided immediately upon dispatch.

3. Gallery-Grade Protection

Every masterpiece is hand-wrapped using a professional protection system:

  • Internal: pH-neutral silk paper to protect natural fibers.

  • External: Reinforced, high-impact boxing to prevent compression during transit.

4. Arrival Guarantee (100% Insured)

We assume total responsibility for your investment until it is in your hands.

  • Full Coverage: Every shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage at no extra cost.

  • Our Promise: If a piece arrives damaged, notify us at support@ecuadorshops.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue an immediate replacement or a full 100% refund, including all shipping fees.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • U.S. Customers: Orders under $800 typically enter duty-free (De Minimis).

  • International: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any local customs fees or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.
